The commuter middle. About half the rent of Futian, thirty-five minutes away on Line 4, and still building.
Longhua sits directly north of Futian and Line 4 runs straight down into it. The buildings are new, the roads are wide, and an enormous amount of housing went up here in the last fifteen years.
It has less character than Luohu and less scenery than Nanshan, and it costs roughly half the rent of either, which a great many people decide is a fair exchange.
The northern end gets a long way from the centre, so check which station a flat sits near before you sign anything.
